Foamex signs

Foamex

Foamex signs are made using digitally produced graphics mounted to give them extra rigidity. Foamex is a flexible material which comes in various thicknesses and sizes such as 1mm, 3mm, 5mm or 10mm. There are various ways in which Foamex can be used for graphic pannels, using screws or double sided velcro or sticky tape, giving graphics a professional finish without creases. The advantage of Foamex signs is a long lasting durability up to a year outdoors and up to 10 years indoors. Foamex can be used instead of a frame. Foamex signs can be laminated to give the graphics a smooth finish. Signs can also be printed directly onto foamex. Sizes are available from A4, A3, A2, A1, A0 and up to any size. Custom sizes can also be produced upon request. Using the latest technologies, Printed Banners and Signs will produce high quality digitally produced Foamex signs with an eye catching impact for outdoor or indoor uses. The signs are fully waterproof and suitable for any weather conditions.

Acrylic Signs Acrylic is an extremely versatile substrate with a glossy finish. It is the perfect product for achieving a sophisticated, high-tech look. Acrylic is a plastic product that can be heated to conform to many different shapes. Its versatility allows you to design boxes, holders for brochures or a sign and easel all in one. Acrylic - What is it?
Acrylic is also known by the brand name Plexiglas®. It is an excellent product when you want a high-quality finish. A three-dimensional effect (giving the perception of depth to the finished product) can be achieved by using clear acrylic and applying the background colour to the reverse side.

Note: Acrylic signs may be subject to glare problems, but many of our centres stock a non-glare acrylic (check with your local centre for availability).

Acrylic is best suited for long-term indoor or short-term outdoor use where protected by an overhang or awning (this does not include Acrylic used in light box signs).

 

Panel & Post Signs

Correx Signs

Dibond signs

Dibond is a double-sided aluminium faced sheet with a polyester paint finish. It is available in a 2 and 4mm thickness and a selection of metallic and standard colours with gloss or satin finish. Dibond is light weight, flat and rigid. It can be easily painted, fabricated and cold bent.

Dibond Sign & Display is widely used for signage, advertising panels, exhibition stands, shop window arrangement, lettering and signs. Reynobond® Sign & Display is now available in a width of 2000 mm.

Dibond Sign & Display is a composite panel consisting of a thermoplastic compound core sandwiched between two 0,3 mm precoated aluminium sheets.

The high rigidity, absolute flatness of this light weight composite material make you opt for DIbond for outside or inside signage.

Canvas Prints

We are able to print both UV and full solvent onto the majority of Banner, vinyls, papers and flag materials. From PVC single or double sided, to mesh banner. We also supply and fit fabricated steel, Aluminium and Acrylic signs to any shape and size.
